SeatWise processes information you provide to run seating planning for your organization’s events. This page summarizes how we think about that data at a high level. Replace or extend it with counsel-approved text before production use.

What we collect

Typical data includes account identifiers from your identity provider (when OIDC is enabled), organization and tenant identifiers, event metadata (name, date, venue), guest names and party details you enter or import, table definitions, seating constraints, and generated seating plans.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate authorized users, isolate data by tenant, persist your events, run the optimization engine, and display results in the application. We do not sell guest lists.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on how your deployment is operated. Document your operator’s policy for backups, exports, and deletion requests—especially where regulations such as GDPR apply.
